Players and coaches of the 2002 West Wendover Wolverines will re-unite Friday during half time of the 2012 team’s homecoming game to honor West Wendover’s first and so far only State Championship Football team on its tenth anniversary.
As part of the celebration of the decade old state championship the High Desert Advocate produced a video slide show featuring photos of the final game below:

The memories although over ten years ago are still so very fresh this just shows that all things are possible and it sure was great to see everyone on Friday and a special thanks to all the support stay true and strong I love you bros
