Take it outside!  Snow or no snow, moon or no moon, join other outdoor enthusiasts, Cedar Creek Clothing, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Forest Service as we explore by moonlight the hills in and around Angel Creek Campground near Wells, Nev., beginning at 5:30 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015.

HR BlocK 2015 AdThe first of this winter’s two evening snowshoe events, the two-hour hike is perfect for all ages and skill levels.  Participants will enjoy the pop and crackle of a warm campfire, free hot chocolate with marshmallows and the camaraderie of friends in a fun-filled, family atmosphere.  A second event is tentatively scheduled this March.

Participants will meet at the Angel Creek Campground located alongside State Route 231 approximately eight miles south of Wells (take exit 351, turn right immediately and drive until you see the campfire or sign directing you to the campground).
