NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of West Wendover Ordinance No. 2015-01, with Summary and Title as follows, was filed with the City of West Wendover Clerk on March 17, 2015:
Summary: West Wendover Ordinance No. 2015-01 Amends the West Wendover City Code Entitled “Water Regulations” by Amending the Right-of-Way Toll by Providing for the Toll to be Established by City Council Resolution on the West Wendover Municipal Water Utility and Other Matters Appropriately Related Thereto.
Title: An Ordinance Amending Title 6, Chapter 2, of the West Wen- dover City Code Entitled “Water Regulations,” by Allowing the City Council to Establish the Right-of- Way Toll on the West Wendover Municipal Water Utility by Resolution and Other Matters Appropri- ately Related Thereto.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that copies of the Ordinance are available for public examination and distribution upon request at the office of the Clerk of the City of West Wendover, Nevada, at 1111 N. Gene L. Jones Way; that said Ordinance was proposed and read by title on March 17, 2015, and that the City Council intends to take final action on the adoption of said Ordinance on its regular meeting on the 7 day of April, 2015 as a regular measure.
