REPORT OF AN ARREST

Officer reported that during a traffic stop Arthur L. Dugovic age 34 of Fresno, CA was arrested for basic speed and non-resident driving suspended.

Reporting party located a wallet near the roadway. The owner of the wallet was contacted.

City — officer assisted several individuals with transportation due to their vehicle being involved in an accident.

City — reporting party stated that her cell phone had been stolen. Officer reported that a local juvenile had stolen the phone which had been recovered. Investigation into the incident continues.

REPORT OF A DEAD DEER IN THE ROADWAY

The deer was removed.

REPORT OF A DOG PROBLEM

Reporting party stated that while she was walking her horse several dogs exited a residence spoking her horse. Officer contacted the owner of the dogs and advised her of the complaint.

REPORT OF A CHILD CUSTODY PROBLEM

City — reporting party stated that the mother of his child was refusing to allow him visitations with the child. Officer reported that the reporting parties’ visitation was for next week. The incident was documented.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT

City — reporting party stated that an individual came to her place of work and yelled at her causing a disturbance. The reporting party stated that the individual also battered her. The reporting party wanted the individual contacted and advised to stay away from her. Officer contacted the individual and advised her.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT

City — officer contacted the individuals involved who were cleaning a residence and disagreeing on items that needed to be thrown away. The parties involved agreed to work with each other better.

REPORT OF A JUVENILE PROBLEM

Officer reported that a juvenile was arrested on a warrant. The juvenile was transported to the Elko detention center.

REPORT OF A SCAM

City — reporting party stated that he had received a phone call from an individual claiming to be from the IRS. The caller demanded payment on past due taxes. The reporting party was advised it was a scam and to discontinue any contact with the caller.

City — reporting party stated that his wife stole several items from their home. He was advised it was a civil problem due to they are married.

REPORT OF A CIVIL PROBLEM

Officer received a report of an individual trespassing on another person’s property. Officer contacted the parties involved and advised it was a civil problem due to a property dispute.

REPORT OF AN ABANDONED VEHICLE

City— officer located the vehicle and tagged it for removal.

REPORT OF A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

City — reporting party stated that her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. The striking vehicle had fled the scene. The incident was documented.

City — reporting party stated that someone had stolen her medication from her purse. A report was competed.

City — reporting party stated that her place of employment had received a check written for payment of services. Reporting party stated that the check had been returned to the business from the bank indicating the check had been written on a closed account. Investigation into the incident continues..

City — reporting party stated that an individual had left a threatening message on his voice mail. The reporting party wanted the incident documented. A report was completed.

REPORT OF AN ARREST

Officer reported that during a traffic stop several individuals were arrested. Officer identified them as Torie Cowley age 23 of Boise, ID. He was arrested for head lights required, license plate light required, possession of marijuana, transporting a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Edward Roberts age 23 of ID, Henry Williams age 23 of Menan, ID and Jose Murguia age 30 of Centerpoint, OR were arrested for possession of marijuana, transporting a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

City — officer received a report of a juvenile who was yelling in a public place and causing a disturbance. The juvenile was contacted and advised to keep the peace.

City — officer reported that Marcos A. Soto JR age 36 of Cottonwood, AZ was arrested for one way highway, no valid driver’s license, no insurance, and D.U.I.
