2. Written by Utah, on 18-04-2008 15:28 In regards to "colorado" comment. It would be in the court transcripts, that he was having an affair, some people call it cheating. They just did not catch him he had way to long to cover up his sh&*.! How would he not have been able to control the situation his close friend helped close the scene. He was conidered one of there own. Of course he asked permission, he knows they would of gave him the o.k (. So why not burn the evidence.) (It was okayed!) Get over your csi this was real life this ruined alot of peoples lives. Some people as you can all see were quickly able to move on. Get over putting the dirty secrets and laundry out! It was a trial! For in my opinion knobody lies in there bed to die of an astma attack under there covers. Or dead bodies dont turn thereselves over. Especially as young as she was, also being a trained EMT. It in my eyes was not natural causes. Natural was the blood pooling that opened the whole case! I think if woodberry would have been able to seal the scene, somebody would be in prison!!!!As a tax payor you should worry wether or not someone is going to be actually doing there job or off screwing somebody elses wife! It was a shame but not guilty is not innoscent! To the lemon family, I would have done nothing different! It is to bad how it ends! To the loncars congrats!

, on 05-04-2008 00:13 this is in regards to "sorry's" comment. Obviously you have not lived in wendover long. Where in the he_ _ did you get in the trial that mr. loncar was cheating on the job? yes he admitted to having an affair. NO BIG SECRET. and not that, that ever happens in wendover! And where did you get that he controlled the investigation? Mr. Loncar did nothing, without first asking the permission of everyone involved. Again there was no evidence that this was anything but a natural cause of death, therefore any of you who obviously watch CSI knows there is nothing to investigate. You are right however that Annie did alot for the community in her line of work and volunteerism, I worked with her. But the injustice is everyone who said they where (their) friends and chose to air the loncar's dirty laundry and personal marriage difficulties,(not like anyone else in wendover has marriage problems) to people that just want to start rumours. And since when as a tax paying citizen do i care what or who your spouse chooses to love.

, on 03-04-2008 22:24 I have finally finished watching the trail, and I feel this community has failed Annieand her kids. She served this area as an emt and nurse and we repaid her with... We paid her husband while cheating with a fellow employee on the job, and allowed him to control the investigation and the scene of his crimes. Are police chief testified that they did the right thing at the scene and yet did not investigate the scene? Why ? We should be outraged, but are not ? I think we deserve better as tax paying citizens to know that our spouses will not get away with the same thing he did...

7. Written by csi is not real life, on 30-03-2008 00:45 All y'all watch too much tv. There aren't conspiracies lurking in every tragedy. It is sad and a true crying shame that Annie's beautiful daughters will grow up without their mother, but the injustice was putting them through the unnecessary and quite possibly evil trial of their father. Everyone seems to think the WWPD acted incompetently. They followed procedure. Annie died of natural causes. There was no need to look beyond that fact. There was no probable cause to look. Every car accident is not a DUI. Every untimely death is not murder. Furthermore, if Stacy was the emt on call, OF COURSE she'd be the first to respond. It is her duty and responsibility. Grow up, people. Turn off the boob tube and get real lives.

9. enough Written by d colorado, on 20-03-2008 23:38 Enough, Don't you people in wendover have something else to do? Oh that's right i used to live there (for 10 years) and no you don't. The case of J. loncar is over it went through the judicial system and he was found not guilty. It doesn't matter who or what you think may have compromised the case. 12 unfamiliar people reviewed everything and came to a decision. What about the case of mr. Simikins? Ms Jolin was a resident of W. Wendover. Oh that's right she was a cocktail waitress not a member of the fire department so who cares right? WOW people, worry about your own lives.

10. to Barney Written by disgusted, on 20-03-2008 13:27 Barney, I appreciate that you feel you are "thinking outside of the box" but the simple fact is, many people in this town share your same contempt for the police. My point is this.....people like police officers, EMT's, firefighters, and teachers have committed their lives to helping others. I highly doubt you have done the same. These people are unselfish, and are here to protect and help us. My opinion is if there were more people like them than this town might not be filled with closed minded, selfish people. All I am saying, is if you can do better, than do it......I don't understand why you are still trying to argue your point. You have no idea what it is like to be a police officer, so don't try and tell me you would understand that job better than them. Shame on everyone for not admiring these people. I understand there are PLENTY of cases that have had PLENTY of problems.......this is not one of them. Like I said.....it is time to move on,a nd find another person to torture.
