Angela Hill broke down sobbing yesterday when Elko Justice of the Peace Barbara Nethery read off charges against the 25 year old Utah woman which included the attempted murder of Wendover business woman Rattana Keomanivong.
Hill’s accomplice Logan Welles McFarland was also charged.
Hill’s bail was set at over $100,000, McFarland who was not charged with attempted murder but only kidnapping was set at about half that.
The pair also have a no bail federal warrant due to alleged involvement in the murder of a Utah couple.
