After two weeks of wondering whether West Wendover City Councilman Roy Briggs would change his vote on not proceeding with the buy out of the Wendover Gas Company, Briggs held pat in Tuesday’s meeting.
Citing uncertain economic times Briggs announced that he would not be changing his vote and the process to buy the financially ailing company remained dead.
