              Officer Pete Turner worked his last shift for the West Wendover Police Department on Sunday July 22, 2018.

   Officer Turner was presented a plaque to commemorate his 23 years of service to Nevada law enforcement, with special attention to the last 11 years served for the City of West Wendover.

Surrounded by family and friends, Officer Turner was wished the best of luck in his future endeavors. Officer Turner said it was a great pleasure to work in our city. He said that “he has worked with many great people and made many great friends in the community”.
