A West Wendover man was booked on $55,640 bail after being accused of intentionally backing into a pedestrian at a trailer park.

Draven L. Cisneros, 22, was arrested at 1896 Butte St. for battery with a deadly weapon, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, and failure to render aid at a vehicle accident.

Police were called to the Clearview trailer park July 15 to investigate a report of a hit and run involving injuries.

The pedestrian told police he saw a vehicle driven by Cisneros pass him, then Cisneros stopped, put his vehicle into reverse and struck the victim prior to fleeing. He believed the incident was due to previous contacts between himself and Cisneros.
