Karen Shepherd told the High Desert Advocate (and also on her Facebook page): “I am so overwhelmed and grateful for our Community!  We once again set a new record of 49 collected units of blood!  We were busy from start to finish, but so worth it!  As always, Bj, Billy and my Randy were my go to to help me pull all of this off!!  Thank you guys and thanks to Wells Rural Electric, Nevada Gold Mines, the City of Wendover, Utah, Peppermill Casino, Rainbow Casino and Montego Bay Casino, High Desert Advocate, Red Cross (who was totally awesome!) for snacks and services, but mostly to you Wendover!!”. So the Drive was successful and the next one will be in June.
